A-tier pending ranked placement: it is a guaranteed-craft path to a raid-grade kit, which makes it the budget Update 4 pick over spin-gated weapons.

Evolution requirements

Evolving unlocks the weapon's fourth skill — the ultimate move. The full bill:

Fine Cloth drops across all chapters and Infinite mode, so it is never the bottleneck — the Act-specific materials and Gems are. Farm with the Fortune trait and drop-rate accessories (Flame Pirate Hat budget option, Blast Archer Wings endgame) to speed it up.
