Divine Emperor
Arcane · Tier B · inspired by Shanks (One Piece)Why it ranks Tier B
Good damage but slow abilities leave you exposed in Raids. Its only named synergy is with Rubber Man, which wastes the pairing. Ranks Arcane on games.gg, B tier on vacancybee.

Synergy
Pair Divine Emperor with Rubber Man for +15% max HP. Any unnamed pair still gives the base +5% damage.
Evolution requirements
Evolving unlocks the weapon's fourth skill — the ultimate move. The full bill:
- 45 Fine Cloth (all Acts + Infinite)
- 20 Mana Feathers (Act 3 + Infinite)
- 10 Wave Cores (Act 3 + Infinite)
- 4 Forbidden Fruit (Act 3 + Infinite)
- 1,750 Gems
Fine Cloth drops across all chapters and Infinite mode, so it is never the bottleneck — the Act-specific materials and Gems are. Farm with the Fortune trait and drop-rate accessories (Flame Pirate Hat budget option, Blast Archer Wings endgame) to speed it up.
Is Divine Emperor worth it?
Situationally. Divine Emperor works in specific builds (check its synergy above) but is replaceable once you roll A-tier or better.
